Luma ESL collects only the information needed to run teacher discovery, messaging, class requests, and account security.
How we use information
We use information to create accounts, verify email addresses, show teacher profiles, deliver messages, manage class access, review reports, and protect the marketplace.
Class links and messages
Zoom links are shown only after class access is approved. Messages may be reviewed when a user reports safety, spam, or abuse concerns.
Adults only
Luma ESL is intended for adults. If we learn that an account is being used by someone under 18, we may suspend or remove the account and related messaging access.
